SOAP WRAPPER "ACMA 731"
The Acma 731 high speed hotel soap wrapper is designed to handle banded rectangular soaps, (up to 300) bars per minute can be wrapped in the double-point end fold.
The ACMA 731 wrapping method is based on the unique "tumble box" wrapping system. the wrapping paper is fed in front of the "u" shaped tumble box opening. the soap infeed inside the tumble box together with the paper(s) the tumble box with the soap inside rotates 90 degrees from the horizontal to the vertical position and olds the paper around the soap a rake moves down the partially wrapped product as the end folds are completed.
The 731soap wrapping machine is a very compact machine, easy to operate, adjust and to change from one soap size to another.
The wrapped soaps are discharged on edge (upended) face-to-back into a compression belt driven by a separate adjustable speed motor. the width of the compression belt is adjustable by turning a handwheel.
